I think I grew up? During the past few weeks. After seeing all that. So many things can happen in a night. Like that week on the world cup finals. Things can turn upside down in a span of a few hours. It hits you like a.... Tornado? And you're left clinging onto a tree struggling to stay grounded. It didn't happen to me, but being there to witness it, being there to question what happened, and finally realizing how close to home it hit, it's just traumatizing. Even if I didn't know him, it still affected me that week, especially since I knew who was hit hardest. Maybe it's precisely why I knew who was affected that affected me so much. Guess I was worried about how he would cope?

And now something else happened again though this time I have no idea what, but it still worries me. I know I don't have to but I just do. No matter how much I resent his behavior and just him in general, it's a natural thing right. He still is my friend, and showing concern is the least I can do:/

I just hate feeling so helpless. The feeling just sucks. Murphy's Law proved true again huh. Wonder what else will happen next?

And I'm praying for you. All of you who have just been hit by tornados tsunamis and volcano eruptions. You'll get through it. I know you can. You're not as weak as you seem to be.

I can't sleep): so many random thoughts are swImming around in my head... I don't even know why I'm thinking these... Forbidden thoughts. I think my life is getting screwed. Why is it that we have separated agIn... Cliques within a clique. I'm starting to think that I would have been better just interacting with the other side. It's more... peaceful. No secrets(ok maybe just 1) hmm but that ain't so bad, considering the vast number of said secrets that we never reveal.

Then went to VJ open house. Their goody bag was NICE. Saw gabriel wong and aloysia[she was ignoring me! I called her so many times!! ):] and leslie [It seemed like him but i wasn't sure]

Then when vanessa and I was going to church, we were ambushed by this bunch of people that insisted that we buy their $4 permanent markers and $3 bookmarks. We were damn pissed and only managed to get away from them when our bus came.

First this girl came up to talk to us and started promoting her 'good-quality' bookmark. And can you believe she hadn't heard of CEDAR before?? We were insulted can. So she talked and talked and talked about how you couldn't get bookmarks of this quality other than through her [utter rubbish, I can make 1 myself] and we had no choice but to listen to her. In the end we bought it to get rid of her.

So we continued on...

And were ambushed by another bunch of people, now selling their 'wonder permanent markers' that didn't smudge and was waterproof. Oh they also had some pressure thing that could control thickness [but by then I was super irritated and tuned out everything] Suddenly this guy came up and started talking in chinese. I couldn't take it anymore and burst out laughing. He was trying to sell a chinese idiot something in chinese. So anyway, they talked until our bus came and we used it as our chance to escape.

in a futile attempt to study!

Hmm, lets see.
Reached there with 4 new library books & strawberry pocky
& horrible lemonade & Lays & a stick of white oreo wafer!
Sounds like a picnic right.

Barbequed marshmellows on the stove!
It was scary because the marshmellows tend to catch fire
& mine was nearly engulfed in fire ):
So i decided to stick to cold marshmellows!
It was nicer anyway :D

Then we went back to the SS infested table,
& saw the deck of uno cards,
& had an itch to play bridge!
But since nobody wanted to play with us,
we decided on two people daidi instead.
I kept losing hahah cause Chloe always has 3 twos in her hand ):
Then we got very bored.

& Chloe's way of shuffling cards was so unproductive,
We decided to play pretend-to-be-casino-dealer!

You just made me feel more emo -.-After I watched the tennis show, I was already feeling goal-less, then you post this poem. Not blaming you though (: I'd have come across it sooner or later.

So, watch the tennis show! It's called Ace Wo Nerae[Aim for Ace]! It totally makes you want to play tennis =DD Though I did notice some things, like how even though 1 year had passed, but they wore winter clothes throughout the year. I thought Japan had seasons..

Anyway, regarding goals, I realised that I don't have a goal :O It's probably why I'm not affected by my results. Its like, when people fail, they cry. But when I fail, I laugh it off and think, there's still next time. And seeing that you're slacking away your time, you probably don't have one too. Yesterday, for some reason, the sermon was about using time properly. A lot of times we just let time slip past without caring, but when you get older, you realised that all the time you missed, you could have done a lot of other things. I think I wasted more than half my life already, seeing that I quit everything I ever took up. So we should both set a goal for ourselves, like ~I will get A for jap and beat zhou xiangyu and shock my biased jap teacher who favours said person!~ Write it down somewhere k, so that you can see it everytime you need a boost (: Cause if we have goals, if there's something we can work towards, then our lives will be meaningful right? (: Actually, I realised this cause 2 of my chinese papers asked this stupid question ,"How can you make your life have meaning?" And for both questions I answered the exact same thing(:

Also, I think people who work very hard towards their goals are very very extremely scary D: It's like how last time people who wanted to be doctors really become doctors cause they study like, 20 hrs a day. I mean, it's good that they're doing that, but it feels like an obsession, then I'll feel stressed for them. Then I'll feel stressed for myself cause I don't have a goal. So it all boils down to this. I desperately need a goal.

I shall start small then(: I will try to study regularly. Cause if I don't even study regularly, then there's no point seting goals for results right? We can study together too!

Ok, I shall not be emo anymore. I wonder how long I can hold that up. Knowing me, It'll probably fail miserably.
